My Approach

Over the last 13 years, I have developed a way of helping people through integrating Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) which is a type of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Existential Therapy.

A big part of these therapies is centering the client as the expert on themself while I get to be the expert on the therapeutic process and help people learn more about who they are and what they care about. 

I see us as partners in the therapy room. We each bring our own expertise while working together to move you towards the person you want to be.
